How to fill FastGem form correctly

Written Instructions:

1. Please fill all customer info first

2. Select Correct 'Sales Date', 'Install Date' and 'Install Time'

3. Select Correct Processor Channel and Add Correct Account Info Below

VERY IMPORTANT!!

1. If you sold a BUNDLE

Select the DTV Package FIRST and the Internet SECOND

Then add the appropriate Promotions (ABP and NFFL)
If it was sold on ABP add ABP in the Promotions box

If it was sold as NFFL add NFFL in the Promotions box

That means below the Promotions Box the NFFL vs FFL and ABP questions MUST match the Promotions Box.

This is VERY important for tracking purposes for your customers.

If this is not done correctly there will be consequences.
